What is your schedule?
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes.  The Boot Camp program is best suited for those who are willing to do what it takes to achieve their optimum fitness level, between 25 and 65 years of age, not nursing any injuries and are capable of getting up and down off the floor with some ease.  We offer modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. 
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
How long are the sessions?
Classes are 30-60 minutes in length depending which you attend. 
How can I fit this challenge into my schedule? 
You can come to any of our boot camp & Drop In sessions and as often as you like during the 5 week challenge.  There are no set times you must attend.
