What is your schedule?
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.  *You will be advised after your assessment if you don't qualify for the program. My programs are not for people that are nursing an injury, or can't get up and down off of a mat without relative ease or not willing to put the time and work into getting their results.  
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
What's the difference between this and going to the gym?
Gyms simply give you access to equipment.  You do not get personal assistance, programing, eating habit/nutrition direction, or injury preventative activity.  My program provides you with results oriented workouts, personal attention and far too much to itemize here.
(NOTE: My programs are best suited for people who are NOT nursing an injury or have a long history of clinical back or health issues. Participants should be able to get up and down off of a mat with relative ease and be willing to seriously consider committing to an 6, 8 or 12 month commitment after the trial membership.​ Successful candidates commit to min 3x/wk attendance and follow a personalized meal plan.)
